Fees are set by the Junior committee and may change after agreement at the Junior AGM or by consensus of the Junior Committee. These changes will be reflected on the website
Payments are taken via our website using our payment provider, GoCardless, and Pitchero and they charge the club transaction fees for this service
Payments are by direct debit annually, with the anniversary date being the date of setup of the initial payment
Payments will be taken automatically on the anniversary date unless you cancel the DD via your bank or request the club treasurer to cancel the mandate at least 1 week before the anniversary date.
Refund of fees is at the discretion of the Junior Treasurer and would be calculated pro-rata from the start of the season less any transaction fees charged to the club. Contact your Team Manager or the Junior Treasurer.
The transaction fees the club is charged is 1.9% in total (1% for GoCardless and 0.9% for Pitchero), and are non-refundable to the club once a payment has been initiated. Applications for refunds must be made in a timely manner. We do not provide refunds for fees from previous seasons.
The club has a policy of supporting junior players to play the game of rugby, so if a family wishes to discuss a reduction in fees, then please contact your Team Manager who will handle the matter sensitively and with the player in mind
For members who join the club late in the playing season (March onwards) there may be a reduction in the initial fees available for that season. Contact the Junior Treasurer to discuss
