Forty of Hampstead Originals, aka Old Boys, aka the Hogs, reunited on Saturday. Proceedings started with the group enjoying the sun, catching up with old acquaintances and watching the latest Hampstead incumbents, have a royal ding dong of a match, beating neighbours Belsize Park 36-31. They them proceed to mix with the first teamers back at The Refectory, before heading off for a reunion dinner, thanks to the organisational skills of El Prez himself, Roger & his ex team mate Jerry Coed.

This is to say the Old Boys & Girls of Hampstead RFC had a great 50th Anniversary reunion on 1st April and would like to say thank you, firstly to Roger Dearling for all his help with the organisation of the event, especially the excellent supper venue at the George. Helen Doherty's help with publicity on the website was also invaluable.

Thanks also to Lonsdale for organizing a fine turn out from the Hoggs. Finally to the 1st XV and Belsize Park for providing such a cracking game of rugby - it was an absolute joy to watch.
