Training in earnest commences Monday 8th July for those with ambitions to play in the top three mens teams and will be every Monday & Wednesday until season starts with the odd 'specialised session throw in'.

Club squad training is Tuesdays, with mixed touch continuing on Thursdays. All are welcome to all sessions, but please be aware of how the evenings will be targeted.

Mondays & Wednesdays 7 - 9pm; Tuesdays 7-8.30pm - Parliament Hill Running Track.

Mixed touch, just above the Lido 7- 8.15pm.
