On a surprisingly warm day the U8's were very excited to start back at training. With all the disruption of last year, it felt reassuring to be back to normal with a starting round of the old favourite bull dog.

Then we moved on to a quick reminder of tags, how they work and practice taking them off, before getting down to work as the squad was split up to play Cats and Mice. It was great to see the children working as a team and practicing stepping over the ball when picking it up.

This season we have an avalanche of new coaches which really helps with being able to have smaller more focused groups for both skills and game management.

We finished with some practice games to cement todays training. With only 36 days until our first match its already looking like it will be a fun and exciting season.
