Hampstead Women+ are looking to recruit a Lead Development Coach to support the coaching team of a competitive North London women’s rugby club.

With two teams and 40+ female and non-binary players regularly attending training, this is an excellent opportunity to join one of the South East’s most exciting amateur rugby clubs and play a key role in the development and growth of women’s rugby.

The successful candidate will primarily lead the 2XV and support the coaching of the 1XV as well as work closely with captains for training and team selection.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their rugby career to build and guide a squad of new and experiences players in grassroots rugby competing across the South East.
