All members are expected to pay an annual fee and for this you will receive: a seasonal stash item and socks, eligibility to play all games, apply for Twickenham international tickets through the club. The annual membership runs from 1st September to 31 August the following year, but you can join the club at any point during the season. Your fee for next year will be debited automatically.

To do this please make sure you select either Ladies or Ladies student (latter includes unemployed) when setting up your payments via the payment set up page.

Running the club accrues a lot of costs (pitch & changing room hire, coach fees, transport, kit cleaning, match teas) so we ask that you set up a Direct Debit for your monthly membership fees. To do this, again please make sure you select either Ladies or Ladies student (latter includes unemployed) when setting up your payments via link at top.
Once you are set up, you needn’t worry again about the direct debit. Please only cancel when you leave (which you won’t want to, obviously).

Hampstead Ladies do not want anyone to miss out on playing because of money, so if you are struggling please email our treasurer about different payment plans (this can be done through the hampsteadladies@googlemail.com email, direct all concerns to Ladies Treasurer).

Our training base is Parliament Hill Track, NW5 1QR, which is run by the City of London Corporation. There is an entry fee charge to use these facilities, but once you have signed up to the club, training costs are covered and you will be presented with a pass to the track that grants you free entry on designated club nights.
