Why this level of permission? A DBS administrator needs to be able to see all people in the club member database that are required to undergo a DBS check and communicate with them to start the process. This is the only permission level available in Pitchero that provides this access.
Who can grant it? Primary Webmasters (Jon or Alan)
Who can request? CWO or DBS Coordinator

Permission Required: Permission Level 4
Why this level of permission? This is the correct permission level for people performing the DBS Admin role and provides the correct level of access to club members data to apply for a DBS.
Who can grant it? Junior volunteers with Permission Level 5 (Alan or John)
Who can request? CWO or DBS Coordinator
