Can I accept more than one document of the same type e.g. 2 passports, or 2 bank statements?
The DBS system is not capable of this. It is setup to have 3 different types of ID from the list of documents required.

How does a DBS admin perform physical ID checks @ HRFC?
When people bring their documents to training, the safeguarding officer will take check the documents as per the requirements, take a picture of the documents to enter onto the system at a later time. The pictures are deleted immediately once successfully entered onto the system
